By accessing and using the services provided by Speak With Confidence ("we," "our," or "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

Speak With Confidence provides public speaking training courses, workshops, coaching services, and educational content through various formats including in-person classes, online courses, and one-on-one coaching sessions.

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Account Information

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy and confidentiality of your account information, including your password.

3.2 Appropriate Use

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You will not:

• Disrupt or interfere with our services
• Use our content for commercial purposes without authorization
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of other users or third parties

4. Course Enrollment and Payment

4.1 Registration

Course enrollment requires completion of our registration process and payment of applicable fees. Enrollment is subject to availability.

4.2 Payment Terms

• Payment is due in full unless payment plan arrangements have been made
• All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable
• We accept major credit cards and bank transfers
• Failed payments may result in suspension of services

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Course Cancellations

• Cancellations made 14 days or more before course start date: Full refund
• Cancellations made 7-13 days before course start date: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before course start date: No refund
• No-shows: No refund

5.2 Course Postponements

We reserve the right to postpone or cancel courses due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another course.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and resources provided through our services are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Speak With Confidence shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

9. Course Attendance and Behavior

9.1 Attendance Requirements

Regular attendance is essential for course completion. Students who miss more than 20% of course sessions may not receive a certificate of completion.

9.2 Code of Conduct

All participants must:

• Treat instructors and fellow students with respect
• Arrive on time and prepared for sessions
• Maintain confidentiality of personal information shared in group settings
• Follow safety guidelines and venue policies

10. Technology Requirements

For online courses, you are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate technology and internet connectivity. We are not responsible for technical difficulties on your end.

11. Certificates and Credentials

Certificates of completion are awarded to students who meet attendance and participation requirements. Certificates do not constitute professional accreditation or licensing.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time for violation of these terms or other reasonable grounds. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Victoria.
